The new generation of HAKKO solder baths is characterized, among other things, by the interchangeability of different sized solder balls. The solder bath can thus be flexibly adapted to the respective application, such as the tinning of individual wires or even entire wire bundles.
Thanks to the high-performance heating elements, the FX-305 achieves a maximum temperature of 530°C in relation to the solder crucible used and thus offers the widest possible temperature range on the market as well as a reduction in heating time of up to 60%.
The traceability requirements are met by means of data transmission and storage of all process data, editing of the process data and sensor monitoring of the solder bath temperature.
The FX-305 therefore fulfills all the tasks that arise in daily practice!
