With the new robot soldering unit FU-500/HF-600 Hakko sets standards for precision, efficiency and flexibility in modern electronics production. Developed for demanding soldering work on electronic components, the system opens up completely new possibilities in automated soldering and is equally impressive in sectors such as the automotive and solar industries thanks to its precision and repeat accuracy.
Maximum flexibility for the highest soldering quality
The compact drive unit of the FU-500 measures just 145 mm in width, 100 mm in height and 230 mm in depth, which are the ideal conditions for placing the solder feed unit directly on the soldering iron. This increases precision when feeding solder wires with diameters between 0.3 mm and 1.6 mm. An optical sensor monitors the process, reliably detects feeding errors or the end of the solder roll and thus contributes to a high level of process reliability. In addition, an integrated mechanism prevents the formation of solder ball spatter.
The HF-600 can be used with 140 W, 300 W and 400 W power depending on the soldering tip and therefore covers a wide range of applications. Six different soldering tip temperatures can be preset, supporting a temperature range from 50 to 500 °C. Thanks to the fast heat-up time and efficient heat transfer, users achieve short cycle times and high productivity.
Innovation meets user-friendliness
The FU-500/HF-600 robot soldering unit combines precision, flexibility and easy handling in one system. It enables our customers to carry out even complex soldering tasks efficiently, in a controlled and reproducible manner and with a quality that is almost impossible to achieve manually.
