The Hakko FM-2023 miniature soldering tweezers with an output of 140 watts are the ideal choice for precise soldering and desoldering tasks on small components. Its two gripper arms can be flexibly switched between spring-loaded closing and opening against spring pressure. Calibration is automatic, whereby the physical properties of the soldering tip pair are integrated into the soldering station. The mass of the soldering tip, the control behavior and the temperature deviations are taken into account and stored in the soldering station. The physical data of the tweezer soldering tips is transferred to the soldering station processor using a programming pen.
Three different, very fine soldering tip shapes and sizes are currently available for the FM-2023 soldering tweezers, which can be used to process components down to size 0201. These patented composite soldering tips are characterized by their close thermal coupling of the heating element and sensor to the actual soldering tip.
