The HAKKO FX-973 is characterized by its exceptional flexibility. With an output of 400 watts, it reaches temperatures between 50°C and 500°C. The wide temperature range enables precise work on a wide variety of soldering tasks, especially to meet the requirements of high-mass solder joints or solder joints that require fast heat-up times. The new generation of active soldering tips are able to guarantee temperature changes or the adjustment of heating power with a performance that is among the best currently available on the market.
The station is ideal for all types of repair processes. In addition to the standard soldering iron, the station can also be used with micro soldering irons, high-performance soldering irons, nitrogen soldering irons and various soldering tweezers. The soldering station is equipped with an integrated vacuum pump and the scope of delivery already includes a powerful FR-4103 desoldering gun and the FX-9701 standard soldering iron.
In order to meet the requirements for saving energy, the soldering station is equipped with an adjustable auto-sleep function and an automatic switch-off after a preset time. These functions also increase the service life of the soldering tips. The HAKKO FX-973 is particularly suitable for N2 soldering and therefore offers a professional solution for oxidation-sensitive components. The precise temperature control ensures consistent results even in demanding rework applications.
