The compact Hakko FR-811 rework station combines all the functions required for precise SMD rework tasks in a single device.
Equipped with a powerful hot air flow and high heating capacity, the station allows repairs to be carried out on PCBs with a high heat capacity. It also offers sufficient air flow and the appropriate hot air volume to process PCBs with high packing density. The FR-811 has an intuitive menu that is shown on an easy-to-read LCD display. Parameters can be transferred directly or via USB stick using a USB terminal. This allows uncomplicated monitoring and temperature adjustments in real time.
The lift-off indicator and the vacuum lift-off function enable users to lift off concealed components easily and safely.
Changing the nozzles and replacing the heating element for different components can be carried out quickly and easily, making working with the system extremely efficient.
