The new digital soldering station combines all the features that make a soldering station ideal for everyday work. With the innovative rotary knob, the station offers simple and intuitive operation, with which the desired temperature can be set effortlessly by turning and pressing. With a choice of 24 different soldering tips, the Hakko FX-888DX offers high flexibility and is perfect for use in the hobby sector, in educational institutions and in research and development facilities. Thanks to its power, it is optionally possible to operate the station with a 95 watt soldering iron, making it ideal for industrial use.
As with its predecessor, the Hakko FX-888DX also uses soldering tips from the T18 series, which enable soldering at lower temperatures thanks to their excellent thermal conductivity. This reduces thermal stress on components and reduces oxidation on the soldering tip, which extends the service life of the soldering tips. In addition, the Hakko FX-888DX also allows the use of extra high-mass soldering tips from the T19 series, making it a versatile all-rounder for your soldering tasks.
