The FX-780 and FX-781 nitrogen generators produce nitrogen from compressed air and offer the ideal nitrogen supply option for 1-3 soldering irons. The use of nitrogen for manual soldering and automatic piston soldering, for example, has several advantages for the process reliability of these work steps. Thanks to the simple provision and the different volumes of the generators, nitrogen generation is only dependent on the compressed air to be connected. The higher the pressure of the supplied air and the lower the nitrogen extraction, the higher the degree of purity of the nitrogen. The effect of the nitrogen generator is based on the permeability of special membrane films for different gases.
Extremely pure compressed air is the most important prerequisite for trouble-free operation of the maintenance-free devices. We offer the right compressed air maintenance unit to filter out even the smallest residues of oil, condensation and dust from the low flow rates,
which must be connected upstream of the generator.
Can be used with all HAKKO soldering stations on offer. Find out more and contact us.
